Fruiting Tents Are Filling Back Up!
We’re thrilled to announce that construction at Terra Spore Farms is officially complete — and we’ve now started filling our fruiting tents back up with fresh blocks!
After weeks of upgrades and preparation, our new systems are in place, and the first wave of mushroom blocks is now on the shelves and beginning their grow cycles. It’s a great feeling to see the farm coming back to life after a period of transition.
We’re starting with lion’s mane, which will be the first to make its return to the Bloomington Farmers Market in just a couple of weeks. Shortly after, we’ll be rolling out blue oyster, chestnut, and black pearl oyster mushrooms as well — all grown with the same quality and care you’ve come to expect from us.
Thank you to everyone who’s been patiently following our journey. We’re excited to be back and looking forward to providing you with even more fresh, local mushrooms — now with the capacity to grow up to 10 times more than before!
